Motel 6 Saanichton, BC - Victoria Airport

On Thursday, December 11 and Friday December 12, 2025 we stayed at your facility. Due to mobility issues I had requested [and I though I had reserved] a kitchenette suite on the lower floor, however upon our arrival I was informed that apparently there was non available. However, KARLA immediately and diligently started searching for a suite that may be available....and she found one. KARLA's great disposition, genuine smile and professionalism made our stay very special. Karla is a credit to your business and her excellent customer service and cheerful disposition MUST be recognized as an example for others to emulate. Regarding the room. The kitchenette suite 113 was very nice, very clean, well lit, warm and accessible. However, there are some improvements that you may consider to enhance the quality of room 113: 1.- Install a couch or small sofa. 2.- Install a small vanity to store belongings. 3.- Detach the table fastened to the wall and make it movable [having the heating radiator under the table is not a great idea] 4.- The stove instructions are complicated and not easy to understand.

I had a great stay at Motel 6. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the service truly stood out for its excellent attention. The location is perfect — very close to the airport — which made everything much easier for my trip. I hope to return soon if I need to come back to Saanichton. 2nd time I have stayed here, each time I am very pleased. Clean room, comfortable beds and pillows, great hospitality. Love how we can sign into our own Prime and Netflix accounts. Ratings should be higher, minimum 4

Unexpectedly I needed an overnight stay, and a long sleep after a long flight. My friends arranged a room for me at Motel 6. Karla handled everything professionally, and with a smile. As I arrived, checking in went smooth. Room was clean, bed is comfortable, shower was good and I didn't hear much of the highway as I dozed off. They do offer a sleep kit for light sleepers. They also check after you're settled in to see if you need aomething. White Spot restaurant next door with 10% discount as motel guest. I had a pleasant experience and would return. Thank you team!

During our stay in BC, we were very happy to have chosen Motel 6. The location was excellent, the accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Karla. She made our stay even more enjoyable by always offering helpful guidance and answering all of our questions about the area. She truly went above and beyond, making both my husband’s and my experience even better.

Clean and comfortable motel with friendly staff. The room was tidy and the check-in process was smooth. They also kindly provided an early check-in free of cost since my flight landed early, which I really appreciated. Good value for the price. I would stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times, and it is always a good experience. Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Laundry facilities and coffee in the mornings. We have a dog, and the Motel 6s are always the most accommodating without charging outrageous fees. This one has a nice grassy area for dogs in the back, with bags and a garbage can, which is lovely and very convenient.

Excellent value. Updated room with comfortable king bed. Room was clean. Shower pressure good, no hot water issues. Employees very friendly Highway noise might be an issue for some, not us. We use fan/ac at night. Definitely would stay again. Convenient for airport and getting to Victoria
